Hi!

My name is Karmen and I'm with Scouts BSA Troop 10G. I’ve always known I wanted to go into a STEM field: Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. While researching career opportunities, I found that women only make up 28% of the STEM workforce. I know there are lots of talented young girls out there who can make a difference in the world. For my Eagle Scout Project, I am hosting an event: Catalyst STEM Camp. The goal is to give girls the opportunity to learn about those career paths. Even if the girls decide a STEM career is not for them, I want them to know that they can achieve anything.
